    “Die Lage ist optimal, es ist zu Fuß alles schnell zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung reicht auch völlig aus. Das einzig schlechte war der muffelige Geruch in der Wohnung, wahrscheinlich vom Kleiderschrank und im Bad die Toilette roch nach Urin, trotz Klostein und Lufterfrischer! Die Putzutensilien sind auch nicht mehr die neusten. Teilweise kaputt.”

    “Ein Fahrradständer fehlt bei diesem Ferienhaus leider, Nachbarhäuser haben einen. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafräume, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile. Eine Terrasse mit gemeinsamen Rasen ist auch vorhanden. Eine Münzwaschmaschine ist im gleichen Haus.Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend bis gut, die Endreinigung ist relativ teuer (95 Euro/5 Personen) und der Preis entspricht nicht der wahrgenommenen Reinigungsleistung. Hier sollte vielleicht etwas verbessert werden? Das Haus ist für eine Familie mit zwei oder drei jungen Kindern gut geeignet und liegt in einer Sackgasse. Das Muschelhaus in Norddeich ist gut gelegen, es ist sowohl ein Kinderspielplatz (Wasserspielplatz) wie auch ein Erlebnisbad in Fußentfernung erreichbar. Der Hafen, das preisgünstige Freibad und der Strand sind auch nicht weit, wir haben sie in ein paar Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen können.”
