Holiday apartment with sun terrace on the roof, close to the sea

Directly at the sea and the beach of El Vendrell, between Barcelona (50 minutes by train, bus or car) and Tarragona (30 minutes). Quiet area, family-like atmosphere (mainly local tourism), and a wide sandy beach (one of the beaches with the highest iodine content of the Costa Dorada). This beach is monitored by lifeguards in July and August (lifeguard stations are only 50m away).

This is an apartment which is situated on the top floor of a three-floor building. The apartment has four rooms. There is a living room (view of the sea) with digital television (in the original language). The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven and glass ceramic hob, among others. There is a bedroom (double bed) with a view of the sea, another large bedroom with two beds, and a bedroom with a bed and one additional bed. In total, two bathrooms - each with bathtub and toilet - are available: one belongs to the first bedroom, while the second is in the rear of the apartment (with a washing machine). A separate sunning area is on the roof. There is disabled access to the apartment building and to the apartment. Pets are welcome. For the colder days or nights, there is a fireplace in living room; wood is available free of charge. The owner speaks German, English and French.

The beach promenade (pedestrian precinct) and the beach are in front of the house. There is a terrace (table and chairs) with a panoramic sea view.

The minimum stay for this apartment is 6 to 7 days, a maximum stay of 14 days is possible.

Bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities (including kiosks, pharmacy, groceries for your daily needs, among others) are within walking distance, while large markets are about three kilometres away. Internet (for free) in bars in walking distance.

    “Waren in den Herbstferien dort. Etwas ausserhalb gelegen und deshalb genau der richtige Ort um sich wunderbar zu erhole ! Da wir das Auto dabei hatten, konnten wir auch die schöne Umgebung erkunden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte!!! Den Strand direkt vor der Tür !!! Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit!!”

    “Wir waren dort im Herbst mit drei Kindern. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut eingeteilt und interessant und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat zwei Badezimmer. Das Doppelbett war für uns jedoch etwas klein. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch und der Strand liegt vor der Haustüre. Es ist ruhig und wir hatten den Strand sozusagen für uns alleine. Strandutensilien wie zwei Klappstühle und Bodyboards standen zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert, nett und standen für Fragen stets zur Verfügung.
    Frotteetücher, Waschmittel und Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir verbrachten zwei erholsamen Wochen dort.”

    “Het appartement is ruim en alles wat er nodig is is ook aanwezig. Er zijn twee badkamers en een ruime kamer. Het balkon geeft een fantastisch uitzicht. Het is vooral fijn dat er tussen het appartement en het strand geen weg ligt, alleen een boulevard. Je hebt dus totaal geen last van het verkeer. Je kunt lekker rustig zonnen op het balkon waar de hele dag de zon ook op schijnt.
    De bedden waren voor ons wat klein m.n. het tweepersoonsbed want wij zijn lange Nederlanders. Ook zijn in de andere kamers de bedden toe aan vervanging. Er is wat betreft het koken etc voldoende aanwezig. Wij hebben genoten van het appartement en de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader.
    Het is een rustige hoek waarin het appartement ligt. Vlak bij zee en met (behalve in het weekend) voldoende parkeermogelijkheden.”
