This holiday complex, which stretches over an extensive site, welcomes guests with luxurious apartments and villas. The complex is in Funchal, near the beach, in the historical Palheiro Gardens, affording breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Funchal bay. Couples and families will find ideal conditions here for an unforgettable seaside and active holiday.



This 95m² holiday apartment is on the second floor and is ideal for a holiday as a couple. The interior was designed by a well-known Portuguese interior architect. The bedroom fitted with air conditioning has a balcony and a comfortable double bed, a carpeted floor and a built-in cupboard. In the morning when you wake up you can look out through the big glass door towards the blue ocean. The modern built-in kitchen with a dining space is fully-equipped and provides everything you might need. The living room has a fireplace that you can make yourself comfortable in front of on cool evenings and in winter. The bathroom with quality marble has a bath with a shower attachment, a toilet and a bidet and has under-floor heating.

From the balcony, with comfortable seating and sun loungers, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, the passing boats and the bay at dusk.



The holiday resort boasts a fitness and spa area, a sauna and an 18-hole golf course on site. Guests can also treat themselves to soothing massages and cosmetic treatments, or use the variety of equipment in the fitness room. The accommodation units all have a fully-equipped kitchen, but on site there are also a gourmet restaurant, a tea house and a club house. A babysitting service is available. Internet access is also available. Guests benefit from the following special offers from the owner: 30% price reduction for the Palheiro golf course, 10% reduction at the Palheiro golf restaurant, 10% reduction at the Casa Velha hotel restaurant, use of the tennis court at Hotel Casa Velha, and use of the heated pool at the Plaheiro Village Forum.



Many local restaurants and a supermarket are within a five-minute drive. The Palheiro Gardens right next to the holiday complex are worth a visit, with their fascinating tropical plant world. Romantic bays and sandy beaches on the coast invite you to relax. Apart from hiking and cycling tours, you can book boat and sailing trips. Or you can explore the island independently with a rental car.

    “Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, gemütlich und wie zuhause. Sämtliche Küchengeräte sind vorrätig bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Die Aussicht ist grandios über die große Terrasse bis zum Meer. Wie aus den anderen Beurteilungen hervorgeht, liegt das Appartment direkt über einer stark befahrenen Straße, was zu Lärmbelästigung führt.
    Ohne Auto kaum erreichbar.”

    “Wir haben entgegen unseren sonstigen Gepflogenheiten, unsere Urlaube in Hotels zu verbringen, zum ersten Mal eine solche FeWo angemietet. Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand vorgefunden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird (entsprechend der Objektbeschreibung). Schöner großer Balkon mit phänomenalem Blick über Funchal - einfach unbezahlbar. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Großer Supermarkt in der Nähe. Etwas weiter oberhalb der Ferienanlage befindet sich ein schöner Pool (beheizt). Hier ebenfalls alles vorhanden (Liegestühle, Auflagen und Sonnenschirme ohne Gebühr), saubere Sanitärräume sowie Außenduschen. Weiterer großer Pool noch ganz oben bei den Golfplätzen. Hier auch ein toller Spabereich mit Hallenbad angrenzend. Die Preise für die Anwendungen sind moderat. Haben diese allerdings nicht genutzt und können daher über das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nichts sagen.
    Wir haben uns in der wunderschönen und gepflegten Anlage sehr wohlgefühlt und werden jederzeit wieder kommen.
    Ein kleine Anregung hätten wir allerdings: Die Stühle im Essbereich, das Sofa (beides sehr durchgesessen und übersäht mit Flecken) sowie die Auflagen der Terrassenbestuhlung (diese sind Wind und Wetter jederzeit ausgesetzt), müssten dringend erneuert werden! Man will nicht sagen schmuddelig, aber es ist nicht mehr weit davon entfernt. Vielen Dank.”

    “Sauber, komplett ausgestattet, gemütliche und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, tolle Aussicht, problemloses Parken, luxuriöse Anlage.
    Nur der Lärm von den beiden Straßen unterhalb des Hauses ist tagsüber störend.
    In den Nachtstunden fast kein Verkehrslärm mehr”
