Centrally located and very quiet holiday apartment

This second floor holiday apartment is in one of the best neighbourhoods in Nerja’s.

The apartment is only one minute away from the beach, amid all the amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies etc. The famous beach of Burriana and the gorgeous Balcón de Europa are within walking distance.

The holiday apartment has one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), which you can push together to make a double bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe. The living room is furnished with two sofas, table and chairs, one more wardrobe, 22 " LED-TV and air conditioning. The kitchen with granite worktops is equipped with ceran cooktop, microwave, fridge and tableware. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and a washing machine.

    “Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba (ekspres do kawy,toster,blender,czajnik elektryczny,naczynia).Jest nawet parasolka plażowa.Mieszkanie nieduże,ale w zupełności wystarczające dla dwóch osób.”

    “Das Apartment ist so wie es die Fotos versprechen. Für eine Person gut geeignet und auch zu zweit okay. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter sehr nett. Das Licht im Hausgang fiel aus und war am nächsten Tag schon repariert. Die Lage hat mir gut gefallen. In ca. 10 Gehminuten ist man am Balcón de Europa und am Strand Burriana. Nachts ist es ruhig und ich konnte gut schlafen.”
