The apartments are in an ideal position for visiting Aosta as well as all the other places in the Aosta valley. They are in a very quiet location in green surroundings.

All the apartments have been restored and are in a house dating from the 17th Century. There are six apartments in total (two one-room, two two-room and two three-room apartments). All have a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, a living room with an LCD TV and SAT TV, bedroom, bathrooms and their own heating.



The apartments have a communal swimming pool.



The house is situated in the valley of Gran Bernardo, just five kilometres from Aosta and 20 km from the Swiss border.

La Fattoria di Roven si trova immersa nel verde in un piccolo comune della Valle del Gran San Bernardo, Gignod, in Valle D'Aosta.

L'appartamento bilocale "LA CAPRA", ideale per coppie con uno o due bambini ed è composto da:
- Zona giorno con angolo cottura (attrezzato con frigo, due piastre elettriche, forno microonde, lavastoviglie),TV e divano (il divano si può trasformare facilmente in letto ad una piazza e mezza)
- una camera con letto matrimoniale da 160 cm, con armadio a muro e scrivania
- Bagno con doccia

Gignod è un piccolo paese di montagna, dove potete trovare diversi ristornati/pizzerie, bar tabacchi, la farmacia, la posta ed un piccolo negozio di alimentari con pane e latte fresco. A circa 1 km dalla struttura è presente una azienda agricola che vende direttamente i suoi prodotti caseari.

Condividono la nostra quotidianità numerosi animali, un cane, due gatti, un cavallo, una pony, due pecore e tre galline. Tutti saranno molto contenti di interagire con voi!

    “Comfortabel appartement, prima ingericht en goed onderhouden. Perfect voor twee personen. Mooi uitzicht, heerlijke tuin en een fijn zwembad om af te koelen. Gastvrije ontvangst. Handig om te weten voor Nederlanders: er is geen koffiezetapparaat, wel een broodrooster. De enige minpuntjes waren de loszittende put in de weg langs het huis en de hond van de buren die soms wel wat vroeg een voorbijganger begroette - maar wij gaan zeker terug!!”

    “Het is een mooi appartement, schoon en goed ingericht. Het appartement is naar mijn mening meer geschikt voor 2 personen omdat de slaapbank in de kamer/keuken staat. Mooi uitzicht, grote tuin met goede mogelijkheden om te zitten en een leuk zwembad.”
