House in Cala D'or with Portable Barbecue

LocationThis beautiful villa is located is a wide street close to two pretty sandy beaches; Cala Esmeralda 250m and Cala Gran 500m. away and 10/15 minutes walk (700m.) to Cala D’Or centre. This bustling resort which heart is a pedestrian area offer a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. Its exclusive marina with superb restaurants were enjoy a nice meal looking at the yachts moored at the pier is 5 minutes drive. Here you can also practice water sports or enjoy and excursion with a sailing boat or the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports or even the natural Park of Mondrago.The villaAcebuche is a beautiful typical Ibiza style villa, airy and full of natural light with covered terraces and a large lawned garden. The villa counts with two floors. The ground floor offers an open living/dining area with comfortable sofas and a dining table. From the living area there is access to a large covered terrace and to the lawn garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has access to the exterior. This floor also counts with two twin bedrooms with access to the covered terrace. Both share a separate bathroom and a shower room with two single showers. There is also a double bedroom with access to the pool terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor boasts a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a dressing area. From this bedroom there is access to a terrace roof. This bedroom can also be reached by an exterior stairs from the garden to the terrace roof. Outside by the pool we find a separate small twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a small coverd terrace.There is AA/CC cold warm in all bedrooms and the living/dining area with a limited timetable (14:00. - 16:00 & 21:00 - 08:00) . Exterior The house has a large and well kept lawned garden with tall palm trees and old pine trees that provide a nice shade. There is a large sided covered terrace with a sitting area with sofas to relax and table with chairs to enjoy delicious “al fresco” evening meals. The pool area is really pleasant with a lovely pool (10m x 5m salt water system) with roman steps, a large sun terrace with modern reclining sun beds and a sitting area -the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the long and sunny summery days-. There is also an open poolside shower and a portable barbecue. Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price.

    “Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, hat aber hier und da ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten nötig. Es sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber in der Summe nerven können.     “Haus und Grundstück sind super. Großzügig und geräumig. Lage sensationell und ruhig, 2 Minuten zur cala esmeralda und 5 Minuten bis ins Zentrum ! Einrichtung ist schon veraltet und leider nicht in gutem Zustand. Teilweise sind Halterungen und Einlegeböden rausgebrochen. Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen kaputt. In die Ecken darf man nicht gucken, denn der hygienische Zustand lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Selbst nach 2 mal nachreinigen war es immer noch dreckig. ( Kühlschrank und Backofen :-(( ) Wir haben die Küche dann selber nochmal gründlich geputzt ! Das Haus hat spanische 4 Sterne ...
