The apartments are in a two-family house in a quiet, sunny but central location.

The two holiday apartments are on the ground floor of the house. The first apartment can accommodate two adults and a child (property 687889) and the second apartment (property 687986) can accommodate a maximum of three adults and two children. It is also possible to rent both apartments (property 682903) together if you would like to holiday with grandparents, relatives or friends. If both apartments are rented together, the garden is shared. If the large apartment is rented (property 682903) then the garden is for its own exclusive use.

From the cosy garden (approx. 100m² and an additional paved area of 80m²) you can see the sea. Garden furniture, a table and chairs are provided, along with a grill. The site is fenced in and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. The garden has a little lawn and many flowers. On hot summer days you can cool off under the outdoor shower. A wonderfully fragrant lemon tree serves as shade. On the two garden sides of the house there are two adjoining open plots with beautiful old olive trees so you need not feel constrained despite the central location of the holiday apartment. There are parking spaces nearby (approx. 30 m). The site is on a slight slope so you cannot drive right up to it. The path to the house is about 30 m.

Please note that the apartments are non-smoking. The owner offers guests arriving by plan a private collection service from Nice airport (payable) for max. three persons and three large pieces of luggage.

Nearby (approx. 100m) there is a little well-stocked grocery shop (fresh rolls, meat, cold cuts etc.). It is easy to get to the sea and always downhill. The beach with little pebbles is about 600 metres away. There is a swimming pool with a water slide the same distance away. The big water park Le Caravelle is just a 25-minute drive away. Important: the beaches in Imperia are free, no obligation to rent loungers and parasols. You will not find mass tourism in Imperia Oneglia (only in August when half of Italy is on holiday does it get a bit fuller here. However, for those of you who like a bit more hustle and bustle sometimes, no problem! It is just a short distance by car or a leisurely cycle ride to the neighbouring Diano Marina that has been set up more for tourism in recent years. The connection by public transport is well-organised and uncomplicated. You can walk to the nearby Villa Grock with its beautifully laid out park, an ideal recreational destination. Imperia’s olive oil museum Olio Carli recounts the history of olive oil extraction, very interesting for all ages. At the picturesque fishing harbour of Imperia (600m) you will find many restaurants and bars inviting you to indulge. Fish lovers can purchase directly from fishing boats in the mornings. Not necessarily cheaper, but of course super fresh. Twice a week, you can stock up on delicious specialities from the region or fresh fruit at the weekly market with a Mediterranean flair. The weekly market is also nearby, about a ten-minute walk with no car needed. During your entire stay, the owner is happy to provide advice. She herself is German, but has been living for many years in her chosen homeland of Italy-Ligurian coast-Imperia.

Holiday apartment for three adults and two children

This is a newly refurbished holiday apartment in a duplex house, in a quiet and sunny, but central location. The property is on a slight slope and you cannot drive right up to it by car. A 30-metre, well-maintained footpath leads to the house.

The apartment is suitable for three to five persons (three adults plus two children). It is a ground-floor apartment (approx. 55m²) consisting of a living room/bedroom, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
The main entrance to the apartment is in the living room/bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed (120 x 180cm), a little wardrobe, a clothes stand and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a big cupboard with a mirror, along with an additional folding single bed. The bathroom (around 9m²) adjoins the bathroom and has a washbasin, shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer. This bathroom also has a washing machine in a separate niche. The kitchen (approx. 15m²) is equipped with a modern kitchen block: four-flame gas hob, electric oven, spacious fridge, separate freezer compartment and dishwasher. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen towels are provided along with a toaster and microwave. A big extendable table with comfortable upholstered chairs invites you to enjoy sociable gatherings.

It is a ground-floor apartment (around 55m²), comprising a living room/bedroom, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The main entrance to the apartment opens into the living room/bedroom, where there is a pull-out sofa bed (120 x 180cm), a small wardrobe, clothes stands and a flatscreen TV with satellite reception. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a large mirrored cupboard. An additional single folding bed is also available. The bathroom (about 9m²) is adjacent to the bedroom and provides a washbasin, shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer. In a separate niche in this bathroom there is also a washing machine. The kitchen (about 15m²) is fitted with a modern kitchen unit: a four-flame gas stove, an electric oven, a large fridge, an extra freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and tea towels are provided, and there is also a toaster and a microwave. A large extendable table with comfortable cushioned chairs invites you to enjoy cosy meals together.

The garden is shared with our second apartment Mare. Note: to avoid sharing the garden with guests at the Mare apartment, you can book the whole 100m² Casa Adriano Grande.

The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children. The garden has a small lawn and lovely flower beds. On hot summer days you can cool off under the outdoor shower. Our deliciously fragrant lemon tree provides shade. Both garden sides of the house there join onto open plots of land with beautiful old olive trees, so that you have a sense of space despite the central location of the Casa Adriano holiday apartment. Nearby, about 30 metres away, there are parking spaces.

About 100 metres away there is also a small, well-stocked grocery shop (fresh rolls, meat, cold cuts etc). There is an easy downhill path to the sea. About 600 metres away you will find a pebbled beach. A swimming pool with a water slide is about the same distance away. The big Le Caravelle waterpark is a 25-minute drive away. Important: the beaches in Imperia are free, with no obligation to hire sun loungers and parasols. You will not find mass tourism in Imperia Oneglia (only in August when half of Italy is on holiday does it get more crowded here). However, those who like a bit more bustle are also well catered for. Just a few minutes’ drive away, or at a leisurely pace by bike, there is the neighbouring Diano Marina, which has become increasingly tourism-orientated in recent years. Connections to local public transport are also well organised and straightforward. Villa Grock, with its beautifully laid out park, is within easy walking distance and is an ideal place to relax. Imperia’s Olio Carli olive oil museum, which tells the history of olive oil production, is very interesting for all ages. The hosts offer a private transfer service to guests arriving by plane at Nice airport, a maximum of three people and three large pieces of luggage (fees apply). The hostess will be happy to help you with any queries you have throughout your stay. She is German and has been living in her adoptive home in Imperia on the Ligurian coast for many years.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist top und sehr gepflegt und der Preis ist angemessen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch weil sie deutschsprachig sind, eine große Hilfe. Der Garten mit dem Zitronenbaum und der Balkon mit den schönen Olivenbäumen lädt zum Entspannen und Essen ein. Auch zu Fuß gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung (Bäcker, Metzger, "Tante-Emma-Laden") sowie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants in allen Preisklassen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in einigen größeren Lebensmittelgeschäften. Alle Küstenorte und auch die Orte im Hinterland sind schnell erreichbar und immer eine Fahrt wert.”
