Holiday House in Trasmontaña with Private Pool and Beautiful Views

Wonderful villa with beautiful views to the sea and the plantation of bananas. It is situated in the municipality of Arucas, in the north zone of the island and just a few kilometers from the sea, so it enjoys a very nice weather during the whole year. The villas count with 5 bedrooms, 2 doubles King Size with bathroom en-suite and 3 doubles. Its dining room is spacious, comfortable and warm, mixing classic furniture with modern ones. The kitchen is also spacious, for all the family, and it is near the dining room, which makes it very comfortable. Furthermore, this is totally equipped with all kind of electrical appearance, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, vacuum, whisk, water-heater, etc. It even has specific appearances for those who are professional with the gastronomy. The house has 4.000 m2 of land with banana plantations around it, orange trees near the swimming pool, avocado trees and wonderful garden spaces with private swimming pool and barbecue zone at the open air. The owner offers the fruits from the plantations (depends on the season) to the clients, and also a guided tour around the house where you will receive information about the farming and elaboration process of the banana. The perfect place to enjoy some vacations outside the tourist crowds and a few kilometers from the city (Las Palmas de G.C.), where you could find everything, shopping centers, seafront promenades to take long walks, beaches of golden sand, wide variety of performances, cinemas and the beautiful old town of Vegueta and Triana with many bars and restaurants, and all kind of shops. The villa also offers daily cleaning. Just a few kilometers away from the villa you could find supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.
