Quiet, but centrally located holiday apartment in an alpine location

The four-star holiday apartment is in a quiet location on the south slope of Reit im Winkl.

The two-room apartment of around 35m² is on the ground floor. The living and dining room has a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a dishwasher, toaster, stove etc. It also has a comfortable sitting and dining corner and a flatscreen TV. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a TV. The bathroom with a window provides a shower, towel radiator, under-floor heating and WC.

The living room opens onto the balcony, with garden furniture inviting you to relax. The owner also lives in the house.

There are restaurants and shopping facilities in the town centre about a five-minute walk away. The outdoor and indoor pool is about 400 metres away. The ski bus and cross-country skiing trails are within easy access.

    “Schöner Blick vom Balkon über den Ort und auf die Berge. Ziemlich zentrale Lage, nur wenige 100 m zur Ortsmitte, wie auch zu den Lokalen. Zuvorkommende Vermieter, die auch gern auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingehen.”
