Tallador is conveniently located just outside the friendly little village of S’Alqueria Blanca, with its small shops, bars and restaurants, on the road that leads form Alqueria Blanca to Calonge. Only 5 km. away you reach the beautiful Natural Park Mondragó with different itineraries to enjoy the nature and also the 3 beautiful sandy beaches, S’Amarador, Font de N’Alís and Caló des Burgit. Also 5 km. away is the charming coastal village Porto Petro. Santanyi is only 6 km away and offers a typical market, many shops, restaurants, cafeterias and some art galleries. The well-know tourist resort Cala D’Or with many restaurants, shops and several sandy coves and a pretty marina is 9 km. away.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms with a limited timetable (15:00 h - 17:00 h & 20:00 h - 08:00 h). Outoor Tallador is designed for outdoor living, with a very pretty lawned garden, a nice swimming pool (9m x 5m Dep. 1.2 m – 2.20m.) with Roman steps and sun terraces with sun beds and a chill out area; the ideal spot to spend the long and sunny summery days. There is also a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a brick built barbecue to enjoy outdoor dining in the terrace and a table tennis for the enjoyment of children and adults. Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price.

This spacious and comfortable villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. The villa has two storeys: on the ground floor you find the lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD, a fitted kitchen and utility room with washing machine. Two twin bedrooms each with their own dressing room and en-suite shower-room. A double bedroom with with en-suite bathroom that is accessed from the terrace. On the first floor there is a second lounge with access to a terrace with great open country views and the coast in the distance. There is also a twin bedroom -two beds together- that has access to the terrace with country views and a small twin bedroom -beds together-. Compact shower-room.

    “Een locatie met vooral prachtige buitenplaats. Het zwembad, de tuin met overkapping en BBQplaats waren super.
    Binnen is het wat verouderd zoals op de foto’s te zien is, maar wel prima.
    Minpunten
    -Vaatwasser werkte niet goed
    -Glazen en borden in de kast waren vies
    - Sleutelcode was niet vooraf doorgegeven zoals afgesproken.
    -Kraan/douche lekte
    - Verlichting buiten werkte halverwege de week ineens niet meer goed.”

    “Prima huis voor 10 personen, schoon. Veel zitjes binnen en buiten.
    Fijn zwembad, werd halverwege op kwaliteit zwemwater gecontroleerd.
    Beetje doorgezakt 2persoons twijfelaar.
    Deursluiting van de "buitenslaapkamer" hapert waardoor je soms tijdje opgesloten bent.
    Zou handig zijn als er vuilniszakken en voldoende toiketpapier aanwezig zou zijn.”

    “Huset är välskött. Fin pool och trevlig trädgård som är helt insynsskyddad. Citronträd ingår.
    Vi var där i slutet av mars med en kall vår. Det var svårt att få upp värmen i huset. Värdparet var måna om att vi skulle trivas och skötte pool och trädgård flera gånger under tiden vi var där. Städning och byte av handdukar och lakan gjordes en gång i veckan med möjlighet att byta oftare..”

    “Haus direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Die Autos fahren fast durch das Schlafzimmer. Die Austattung der Küche sehr schlecht, mussten viel dazu kaufen.
