    “Das Geräusch des Dampfabzuges (das von der Technik des gesamten Hauses herrührt und deshalb 'nicht' behoben werden kann) stört beim Schlafen im Wohnzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett hört man es nicht.
    Sehr zentral gelegen. Ganz nah bei der Uferpromenade und beim Bahnhof. Auf Seeseite stark befahrene Straße. Dank Fenster auf Innenhofseite in der Nacht ruhig. Sehr zentral gelegen.
