Apartment with unobstructed sea views in the natural reserve of Cap de Creus

This apartment is located directly on the beach on the edge of the picturesque town of Port de la Selva, only a few kilometres from the French border.

The apartment, which offers a living area of approximately 45 m², can accommodate up to five people. All rooms are located on the same floor. The apartment is made up of a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a ceran stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a washing machine, as well as a bathroom with a small tub and a shower. The living/dining area is furnished with a flat screen television (satellite TV), a stereo, a DVD player, a dining room table with chairs and a sofa, as well as two armchairs.

The private patio (with outdoor furniture) with gorgeous sea views is a great place to relax. There is also a garden and another community patio, from where you have direct access to the beach. There are two more apartments on the property. The property is fenced in, making it suitable for children and pets.

The apartment comes with a covered parking spot. There is also a utility room, which is shared with the occupants from the two other apartments, where you can store bicycles, diving equipment and more.

The apartment is located in the natural reserve of Cap de Creus and has beautiful views over the sea, the ocean and the surrounding mountains. The area lends itself to hiking and in town you can find offers for day trips into the surrounding area.

    “Sehr saubere, ruhige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist nach Norden ausgerichtet und liegt direkt am Meer. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Der einzige Nachteil: die Wohnung ist (in der Nebensaison) ziemlich feucht.”
