Holiday cottage with a swimming pool in a rural area in western Tenerife, a great place for nature lovers
This traditional Canary Island holiday cottage consists of two building. It boasts an inner courtyard and features a stunning view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
The one storey cottage measures 50 m², offering room for the whole family. It has a bedroom with one double (1,50 x 1,90m) and one single bed, bathroom with a shower, hair dryer and a washing machine, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining table, open fire, indoor grill, television and DVD player. On an intermediate level there is the living room with one further double bed (1,50 x 1,90m). A bed for a child and a highchair area also available.
The accommodation’s outside area boasts a sun terrace with a round table, sun shade, two loungers and a portable barbecue. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced in garden planted with fruit trees, aromatic plants and flowers. The garden’s special feature is the private swimming pool, which on hot days provides for the necessary cool down.
The cottage is located in the small rural village of Erjos in the western part of Tenerife. From here you can explore various hiking trails across the nature parks. The volcanic area around the “Chinyero“, and the “Rural de Teno“ park with its unique vegetation formed by numerous water areas, deserve a special mention. This is the home of a wide variety of migrating birds, and a true paradise for nature lovers.
The beaches of the surrounding area are approximately a 25 minutes‘ car drive away, and here you can take advantage of various water sports on offer. Restaurants and supermarkets are within a radius of one to two kilometres. The nearest pharmacy is in Santiago del Teide, approx. 4.5 km away.
