This beautiful Mediterranean holiday home is located in Vinez, in the suburbs of the town of Labin. Vinez is well-known as a place of mainly family houses which offers peacefulness during holiday. The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a functional and comfortable kitchen connected to glazed loggia and dining space. The youngest ones will be happy with the spacious courtyard as it provides space for children play and fun. In the courtyard there is also a pool, which will surely bring freshness during the heat of summer. The house is surrounded by a hedge. The view from the house stretches towards the old part of Labin, located on top of the hill, from where stretches a magnificent view on the valley. In your spare time make sure to visit the coastal town of Rabac on the eastern coast, only a few kilometres away from Labin, which will surely delight you with its lovely pebble beaches and seaside promenade where you can relax in one of the café bars.
