Holiday house for seven people with a swimming pool
This holiday house lies at the heart of Istria, halfway between the eastern and western beaches. The house is in a little hamlet consisting of six houses. Most of the time all you can hear is the twittering of birds and the chirping of crickets.
Outside there is a swimming pool with a whirlpool function. In the garden there is also a terraced area for dining outdoors. There is a grill.
The living space of this typical Istrian holiday house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for two people, a TV and an open kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. On the ground floor there are also a little bathroom with a bath and a washing machine, and a storage room. The first floor has a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. The house is not air conditioned, but the thick stone walls keep the house cool even on hot days.
The holiday house is conveniently located for visiting Istrian towns such as Rovinj, Fazana, Pula, Porec etc.
