This beautiful and modern furnished vacation home with private outdoor pool is located only 10 minutes by car from the well-known fishing village Rabac. Ripenda Verbanci belongs to Labin and is a tranquil place with lots of greenery. The three units of the house can be reached only from the outside, they are not connected with each other. On the 1st floor there is an apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The remaining two units are located on the first floor, one is equipped with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and the other with bathroom, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms (1 passage room). In the well-kept garden, the swimming pool invites you to an invigorating cooling on hot summer days. The historic old town of Labin, with numerous sights and art galleries, is definitely worth a visit. In just a few minutes by car you can also reach the most beautiful beaches of the area in the well-known resort of Rabac.

    “In der oberen Wohnung und unten links ist alles sehr schön ausgestattet, nur ist leider in der rechten Wohnung das Badezimmer nicht ganz so modern, wird aber bestimmt demnächst erneuert. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und sind sofort zur Stelle wenn es Probleme gibt. Der Pool mit integriertem Whirlpool ist der Wahnsinn und wurde jeden Tag in der Früh von den Besitzern gereinigt. Ein Lidl ist fünf Minuten vom Haus entfernt.”

    “Wyposażenie OK ( brak czajnika elektrycznego). Basen naprawdę świetny .Położenie na totalnym pustkowiu ( nawigacja prowadzi pod wskazany adres donikąd, dlatego lepiej od razu poprosić o telefon i w Labinie dzwonić do osoby kontaktowej). Jeśli ktoś lubi takie klimaty z dala od zgiełku będzie zadowolony. W opisie jest wanna , której w efekcie nigdzie nie znaleźliśmy :).
    Niestety z rynny biegnącej przy domu czuć zapachy kanalizacji. Ogólne wrażenie jednak dobre.”
