A dream holiday apartment with incomparable panoramic views over the Baltic Sea. From your private loggia, you can gaze out over the sea and the beach directly in front of you, listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. There is no better place to relax than in this dream location.

Schönhagen's sandy beach starts right on your doorstep, separated only by the beautiful promenade. The service office and a café are located on the ground floor, so you are right in the centre of the action.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase outside the house. It has a covered balcony (loggia) facing the sea, where you can relax on sun loungers. There is also a barbecue at your disposal.

On the opposite side is the pergola, which provides access to the 6 apartments in the house. Due to the generous layout, the pergola can also be used as a loggia. A table and garden chairs are available here for you to enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun.

At 110 m2, the holiday apartment offers plenty of space for up to six people (two sleeping places on the pull-out sofa in the living area) and has its own small wellness oasis with a two-person whirlpool and sauna. In winter, the Scandinavian wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere - here you can enjoy the panoramic view of the stormy Baltic Sea alongside the crackling open fire.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quiet low season, when the Baltic Sea beach is particularly spacious.

    “Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Aussicht natürlich der Hammer. Die Ausstattung ist genau wie auf den Bildern angezeigt sehr hochwertig. Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit. Einzig die Treppe ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen vielleicht ein kleines Problem. Auf jeden Fall ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.”

    “Die Lage ist natürlich der entscheidende Mehrwert dieser Ferienwohnung. Morgens direkt auf Strand und Ostsee gucken und den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Ausstattung: Sauna ist gut, Warmwasser kommt nach ein paar Augenblicken. Küchenausstattung ist auch gut mit Mikrowelle, Mixer, Ofen, Kühl- und Gefrierfach (extra),etc. Besteck und weitere Küchengerät sind gerade so ausreichend. Klare Abzüge gibt es in dem angebotenem und von uns gebrauchten WLAN. Mit Handy ist man im 3G Netzt schneller. Das 3-Geräte-7-Tage-Ticket für EURO 20,- (!) hat am Fenster kaum Empfang gehabt. Alle drei gleichzeitig surfen hat die Bandbreite erheblich reduziert, Streamen haben wir nach den ersten Versuchen aufgegeben. Also nicht buchen! Kamin ist 1A und heizt gut, Holz bekommt man im Marktkauf unten.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr schön, äusserst komfortabel mit grandioser Aussicht auf den Strand und die Ostsee. Also: 5 Häuschen plus. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber. Der Kaminofen verbreitete Gemütlichkeit. Sauna und Whirlpool liessen uns das ungemütliche Wetter an einem der Tage vollständig vergessen.”
