About 10 km from Città di Castello lies this romantic stone house set in the hills. Kitchen with terrace, bedroom with bath on the 1st floor; on the ground floor (separate entrance): a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, another bedroom with bathroom. Comfortable furniture, baby bed on request. On the large plot there are several seats with barbecue, sunny and shady places for relaxing, reading, sunbathing; a trail leads to a nearby river (150m away). In Città di Castello there are many restaurants, a colourful weekly market, all kinds of shops; especially in the summer there are various cultural events such as exhibitions and concerts. The same applies to the medieval towns of Sansepolcro (25 km) and Arezzo (45 km) in Tuscany. Another destination is the Umbrian capital Perugia (60 km).
