Part of a two-family house, 7 km from Terni, situated on a hill overlooking 3 valleys between Narni, Terni and Stroncone, in the middle of an estate of 40 hectares. This 18th century villa is now a country estate with extensive fenced garden with mature trees, pool with Jacuzzi area and pool house with bath/shower. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside cultivated with sunflowers, wheat, vineyards and ancient olive trees, ideal for pleasant walks. Two covered terraces on the first floor allow outdoor dining and relaxation by the poolside. At the back of the house live the owners, who are happy to offer guests their red wine Ciliegiolo and their own extra virgin olive oil. Ideal location to visit Rome (82 km) , Perugia (80 km) , Assisi (70 km) and Spoleto (25 km). Distances: Terni and Narni 7 km, Marmore waterfall 11 km, the Piediluco lake 15 km.
