This modern and spacious Mediterranean holiday home with swimming pool and fully fenced plot is located in small Istrian village, only ca. 10 minutes of drive away from the most beautiful beaches in Istria, which can be found in Rabac. The house is suitable for the holiday of two families as it comprises two separate comfortable accommodation units. One unit is located on the ground floor and has pretty covered terrace with wooden table and benches. The unit on the ground floor has two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining space and a living room. The accommodation unit on the upper floor has three bedrooms. In the souterrain, there is a space with fireplace and nice wooden furniture for barbequing and socializing. The house also has an outdoor barbeque. There is an additional toilet with entrance from outside. The holiday home is located in peaceful area, surrounded by family houses from one side and vineyards from the other. Only ca. 10 minutes of drive away there is the small historical town of Labin, known as the town of artists. The house is a perfect place for carefree and unforgettable holiday in Istria.
