This traditional stone house Sutivan is located in the same place on the island of Brac. It was renovated in 2013 with great attention to detail. Level of equipment we find in the cozy, modern villa the pleasant country-style in the bright colors interspersed received a nice symbiosis with sparse brown and beautiful wood tones and visible masonry . On the ground floor area of the open plan living room is beautiful with two chairs. The dining area for 6 persons is located in this room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with white fronts in the country house style. About oven , dishwasher, coffee maker up to the toaster and pretty dishes , everything is available here , what you need for a relaxed, self-designed holiday where you might want to sometimes cook or grill together after a visit to the fish market in Sutivan ( outside Villa located a built-in barbecue and an additional dining area and the garden ) a beautiful terrace. A double room is next to the living room , but also has an additional input from the terrace.The other two bedrooms are upstairs . Here is a small terrace where you can relax The nice bathroom with bathtub. The rooms promise sweet night's sleep , to protect the privacy of the family members or friends traveling together , each charming double rooms . The building's existing air conditioning provides cool night 's sleep. TV / SAT , internet access, parking in the yard . Sutivan is located on the north-western coast of the Island of Brač – 7 km away from the Supetar ferry port, and 13 km by sea from Split. A small picturesque locality with a Mediterranean atmosphere and beautiful pebbly beaches that stretch towards the west and a tame hinterland crisscrossed with a multitude of paths. Numerous cultural monuments, various events and sports activities make it a good choice for sports and cultural tourism, and an active holiday.

    “Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und großzügig eingerichtet, alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Die Außenanlage wunderschön gestaltet. Der Pool ist einfach super, genau die richtige Größe und die ideale Tiefe. Das Meer in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Das einzige Manko ist die Zufahrt zum Haus, da es sich mitten in der Altstadt befindet sind die Straßen sehr eng und verwinkelt. Wir waren mit einen Ford Custom dort, um ohne Schaden hinzukommen mussten die Spiegel eingekappt werden. Zufahrt nur für geübte Autofahrer oder besser mit einem kleinen Fahrzeug (Fiat 500 :-)) anreisen.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir hatten in der 2. Woche ein Problem mit dem Pool das er so schnell als möglich gelöst hat. Das Haus wird für 6 Personen angeboten, es gab bei unserer Anreise jedoch nur 2 Liegen, trotz vorheriger Nachfrage beim Anbieter, welcher mir versichert hatte, dass es für 6 Personen Liegemöglichkeiten gibt. Nach Anfrage beim Vermieter wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die anderen Liegen kaputt gegangen waren und er so schnell als möglich welche vorbei bringen würde. Leider haben wie diese Liegen erst in der Zweiten Woche am Dienstag bekommen. Gut, dass wir selber Matten dabei hatten.

    Ansonst war wirklich alles TOP.
    Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.”
