This spacious, traditional holiday home is located on a small hill in the Drome and boasts a private pool and breathtaking panoramic views over the peaceful countryside. The property consists of three independent buildings offering plenty of space and privacy, ideal for families or friends. The main house has a spacious kitchen, two cosy living rooms and comfortable bedrooms. The second building, just 20 metres away, offers another kitchen and additional sleeping accommodation, as does the third building.

Outside, the pool and spacious terrace invite you to relax and enjoy the view of nature. The nearest neighbourhood is several hundred metres away. Peace and quiet are guaranteed here.

Roynac is a picturesque village that lies at the foot of an old, now abandoned village. Here you will find the remains of medieval houses and a bell tower towering over the ruins. Numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area invite you to discover the marvellous landscape. Montélimar, famous for its nougat production and charming old town, is just a short drive away. The Drome offers a perfect blend of nature, gastronomy and culture from local markets and wineries to historic villages and a variety of activities such as hiking, cycling and horse riding.
