This very quiet semi-detached house is ideally located on a hill overlooking Sainte Maxime, 15 km from St Tropez. In the heart of a quiet residential complex with communal pool (400 m from the accommodation) and tennis court you can relax well. The villa in authentic Provencal style has very nice assets: a pleasant terrace on 2 levels, facing south, fenced and equipped with deck chairs to relax and a table for dinner. 2 bedrooms on the middle level of the house open to a second north terrace. Upstairs, from the 3rd bedroom, you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the coast and the sea. Ideally located to enjoy all the pleasures and attractions, you are close to the lively town center of Sainte-Maxime. It has much to offer with its fine sandy beaches, including the large beach of La Croisette, the Aqualand water theme park and the many water sports available there. During a walk in the pedestrian zone of the lively old town, in the beautiful gardens of the promenade, at the harbor and at the large pier, you can enjoy the fantastic panorama of the Gulf of St. Tropez.
