Spacious vacation home with terrace and garden

The house is in rural surroundings in the town of Stari Grad on the island of Hvar by a bay, surrounded by vineyards and pine trees.

In front of the house is the 30m² covered terrace with garden furniture and a grill. In the garden you will also find a private pool as well as garden furniture, sun loungers and a shower. The garden is walled and surrounded by olive trees. You can park on the property.

The detached holiday home with a living space of 36m2 is located on a 500m2 plot. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) in the living room.
