This former farmhouse in a romantic secluded location offers the ideal base for quiet holidays. Ground floor and 1st floor and are only connected via an outside staircase. Around the house there are several seating areas and a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and a laundry room. On the spacious park-like grounds, the large pool area with sun terrace is available exclusively to guests - all immersed in olive groves, which merge into oak forests. Excursions to: Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and Lake Trasimeno.
