Deluxe holiday apartment with a terrace and a wonderful sea view

The villa is quietly situated in Brodarica on a road with little traffic in the Sibenik-Knin municipality in Dalmatia.

The terrace provides garden furniture and shaded spots, with a wonderful view of the sea. The site is fenced and in front of the house there is a barbecue area. Parking spaces are available.

The 120m² holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to eight people. It has a total of three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two each have two single beds. The living room also has a sofa bed for two people. The open living and dining room also has a TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and also has a counter and two bar stools. There are two bathrooms with a shower.

The sandy and pebbled beach and the centre are just 250 metres away. In the centre there are restaurants and supermarkets.

For stays of more than 10 days a free massage by a physiotherapist is offered and for stays of more than 14 days you can benefit from a free boat trip to one of the nearby islands or from a dinner in the countryside.

    “Neues Haus am Ortsrand, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet (Matratzen etwas unbequem). Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Strand ist etwas weiter wie 250 Meter entfernt (die Angabe ist vielleicht Luftlinie). Entfernung kann aber gut bewältigt werden. Wichtig, Klimaanlage darf nur eingeschaltet werden, wenn man in der Wohnung ist (Nachts eher unerwünscht, da es die Mieter unterhalb stört). Die Dusche im kleineren Bad ist nicht dicht, nach dem Duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser. Eine Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden.”
