Chalet newly built in 2011, with a fabulous view of the mountain panorama of the Lavanttal
The holiday house is on the outskirts of Bad Sankt Leonhard in the Lavant valley. It has an in-house wellness area with an infrared sauna and a whirlpool.
The 'Klippitzwolke' has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The roofed entrance area has storage space for skis, hiking boots and depositing luggage. It also has a ski boot dryer, a washing machine and a dryer. The entrance area of the chalet leads to the modern, open kitchen, which provides everything you need: a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an electric stove, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and tastefully coordinated crockery with matching accessories.
The upper area has four comfortable bedrooms with ten beds and two modern bathrooms. The blue and green bedrooms with their own balcony have a wonderful view into the valley. The two red bedrooms in the upper part of the chalet are on a separate level and provide privacy on a family holiday with children or with extended family.
Upstairs there are two modern bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath and the other with a shower, while downstairs there is a private wellness area with a whirlpool and infrared sauna for relaxing. Downstairs there is also the tastefully furnished dining and living room with a fireplace and a generous panoramic terrace. Here you can enjoy clear mountain air and sunshine at an altitude of 1600 metres, in the midst of meadows and mountains. You can enjoy the sunrise to the east at breakfast, and the sunset in the west, for example in the red and white wicker canopy chair.
The chalet was built at the end of 2011 in an alpine style according to the latest ecological construction standards, combining the traditional and the modern. You can enjoy privacy on a 1200m² plot of land, as well as the amenities of the little village. You can drive right up to the chalet.
In spring, summer and autumn the 'Klippitzwolke' is a starting point for hikes in the Saualm and Zirbitz area. The historical Bad St. Leonhard with shops and restaurants and Wolfsberg with culinary attractions are about a 15-minute drive away. At the foot of Klippitztörl in Bad St. Leonhard there is the starred restaurant ‘Trippolts zum Bären’. In winter the chalet is right by the piste and the Klippitztörl ski resort, offering skiing and snowboarding fun.
