The house is in Moscenicka Draga at the entrance to the village, on the road between Opatija and Pula. Moscenicka Draga is a little fishing village in Kvarner Bay with about 1700 inhabitants.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and three supplementary beds in the living room, which also provides a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and a little counter. The bathroom is fitted with a bath.
