This holiday home is located on the hill of the small village of Breg, near Labin. Enjoy the walks through olive groves and vineyards as well as the peace and seclusion of the large estate. The house is simply and functionally furnished, with a small fireplace on the ground floor. Both terraces offer unforgettable views of the Rae river valley and the olive groves. On hot summer days, the pool will offer you the necessary refreshment and the centuries-old oak trees provide shade. The seaside resort of Prtlog with its beautiful bays and beaches is just a few minutes' drive away. The house is beautifully and cosily furnished, with a small fireplace on the ground floor.

    “Wunderschönes Anwesen am Ende einer Sackgasse in absoluter Alleinlage auf einem Berg/Olivenhain mit atemberaubenden Blick über die Nachbarhügel bis zum Meer - riesengroßer Garten, toller/gepflegter Pool (Reinigung durch ein Poolservice 2x wöchentlich) - Haus selbst absolut zufriedenstellend ausgestattet - Klimaanlage, toller Fernseher, WLAN in Streaming-Qualität, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine...für uns (Familie aus der Großstadt mit 11jährigen Kindern) war es ein echtes Paradies.
    Die Hausherren sind auch sehr nett - An/Abreise absolut unkompliziert.”

    “Das Haus ist wärmstens zu empfehlen, schöne Lage, ruhig, schöne Ausschicht, gut ausgestattet, schöner Pool, zum Meer auch nur 6 Kilometer. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, kann man wirklich nur empfehlen würde jederzeit wieder hin fahren.”

    “Das Haus liegt in absoluter Alleinlage, daher ist ein Auto erforderlich. Genau das was wir gesucht haben. Das Haus ist wunderschön, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und für 6 Personen ist ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist traumhaft für Ruhe suchende... toller Weitblick. Wir sind mit Hund und Kindern verreist. Der Pool ist wunderschön und der riesige Olivengarten ist perfekt für einen Spaziergang mit dem Hund. Erholung pur. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Immer wieder gerne... Egal welchen Ausflug wir gemacht haben, es war immer schön nach dem Trubel der Stadt in unser ruhiges Ferienhaus zurückzukehren...”

    “Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Wer abgeschieden von allem Lärm und Trubel seine Ferien verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus wurde ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind geschmackvoll und passend für das Haus. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf das Tal und das Meer sind atemberaubend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es gab als Geschenk sogar eine Flasche Olivenöl, das in den umliegenden Olivenhainen geerntet wurde. Einkaufen in dem ca. 5km entfernten Labin (LIDL, Plodine) ist wunderbar möglich. Da das Haus sehr weit vom Schuss liegt, braucht man zwar immer ein Auto, aber das ist bei diesem Objekt zu verschmerzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!”
