This autochthonous stone house is located in peaceful surroundings of the small place of Jakovici in the Istrian hinterland. It was built long time ago and since then it has been fully renovated, while maintaining the traditional look. The interiors are equipped in a way that offers everything needed for a quality holiday. The house consists of the ground floor with living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, while on the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large courtyard is divided into two parts. In the first, fully fenced part, there are swimming pool, sunbathing area and a barbeque. In the other, grass-covered part, you can spend some time playing badminton or volleyball.
