This family house with a total of three holiday apartments is at the start of Barbat, the first town on the island of Rab when you arrive by car ferry. It is at the end of a little road, somewhat away from hustle and bustle.
The three apartments are on the ground floor and the first floor. Each has its own bathroom, a living room and a kitchen or kitchen unit. Satellite TV and seating are provided. The owner also lives on site. The whole house has wireless Internet access.

Each apartment has either a terrace, or a veranda, or a balcony, each with seating. There is a parking space on site.

Not far from the holiday accommodation there is the clean Adriatic Sea with the seafront promenade newly paved in 2013. You can walk by the sea, cycle, or roller skate as far as the picturesque town of Rab about 5km away. The host family work in gastronomy and would be delighted if you visited their restaurant.

The family house is at the entrance to Barbat, the first locality on the island of Rab after leaving the car ferry. It is at the end of a little road and a parking space is available on site.

This holiday apartment is on the first floor on the right, with a separate entrance. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room with a big 102cm LCD TV with HD and satellite channels, as well as an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. Air conditioning and wireless Internet access are available.

Outside there is a big 50m² sun terrace with a gas grill.

A new feature since last year is the paved seafront promenade, for strolling, cycling, roller skating as far as the picturesque town of Rab (about 5km away). The family of the host work in gastronomy and would be happy for a visit to their restaurant. The nearest shops are about 1km away, the nearest restaurant about 500 metres away.
