LARGE VILLA BY THE SEA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND PADDLE - DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH

This beautiful villa is situated BY THE SEA, in a privileged place. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, just within an 8 minutes drive from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.

Its excellent location allows you to enjoy FANTASTIC PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and the Natural Park of the Peñón de Ifach. Next, to the house, you will find the stairs that offer you DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Few steps separate you from the crystal clear waters of this quiet cove, ideal for diving and snorkelling thanks to the richness of its submarine flora and fauna.

This beautiful villa is very spacious, comfortable and luminous, ideal for families with children.
It has a large enclosed pool, a private paddle court, a barbecue area, a playground for kids, a large garden with many trees and parking for 2 cars. At the top of one of the houses, you will find a small solarium terrace, where you will be able to sunbathe and enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the sea and of the mountains.

The villa is divided into three independent housings, one with three bedrooms, one with two bedrooms and the third one with one bedroom. Two of the houses have their own kitchens. The three housings, the pool, the gardens and the paddle are part of one and only one property and is rented as it is, that is it won’t be shared with other clients.

The main house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower. It also owns a large kitchen, Internet access (WIFI) and TV with multilingual satellite. Next to the main house are two large terraces, one with a pool and two shaded areas with hammocks and chairs, the other with a large table and a barbecue.

The second house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. One room has a double bed and the other one is very large and has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. In this room, you can easily put an extra bed (for an extra cost of 13€ /night). One room in this house disposes of a terrace with a table and the other one of a large porch with tables and sofas. This second house has no dining room or kitchen.

The third house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a separate kitchen. In the living room, there is also the possibility to put an extra bed (for an extra cost of 13€ /night) This house is located next to the paddle court and the garden and has a terrace with a table.

In total there are 6 rooms and all of them have air conditioning and heating. The main room also has air conditioning/heating and a fireplace with a glass door.

IMPORTANT:
Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.
If you want to bring your pets you will have to inform the company of the breed and size in advance.
Mass celebrations are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are allowed. It is not allowed to spend the night in the house more people of his capacity.
It is forbidden to smoke and to light candles inside the house.

    “Huset är fullt utrustat, har en fantastisk pool samt otroligt fina utomhusytor. Man saknar vare sig sovplatser eller badrum. Då min man sitter i rullstol var toalettdörrarna lite för smala, men allt fungerar om man bara vill.”

    “Zeer mooi huis. Ideaal om met een grotere groep of familie te verblijven, er is voldoende privacy. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed onderhouden. Terrein geheel af te sluiten dus ideaal met kleine kinderen. Ook voldoende ruimte om met 3 kleinere auto's op eigen terrein te parkeren. Het uitzicht is schitterend.
    Wij zouden zo weer terug gaan!”

    “Das Haus war in einem super Zustand. Es ist super gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 13 Personen dort. Keiner von diesen Personen hatte irgendwas auszusetzen - es war alles da. Es gab direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ferienhaus. ca 300m entfernt. Man konnte alles zu Fuß gut erreichen oder aber auch mit dem Auto die nahe liegenden Orte.”
