Holiday apartment in a popular guesthouse with bicycle hire and a bread rolls service, in a rural location

Your holiday accommodation is a family-run guesthouse that is very popular among regular guests. It is in a rural area, about four kilometres from the Baltic Sea beach, and has good public transport connections, so you have the option leave your car parked.

Your accommodation offers bicycle hire, a laundry and bread rolls delivery service, as well as a cosy grill area for all guests.

The one-room apartment is comfortably furnished and can accommodate a maximum of four people. It measures about 45m² and is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). The apartment has its own kitchen and own bathroom with a shower and WC. The kitchen unit provides cutlery and crockery, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. It has central heating with radiators in every room.

The Baltic Sea offers pure relaxation not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter. Extensive walks along the beach and a visit to the seawater indoor pool with an adjoining sauna and a sea view promise pleasant hours and you can leave everyday worries far behind. All the attractions and shops are open even out of season and are not as crowded as during the summer months.

The nearby village about 2km away has shops and restaurants. The sea is about 4km away.

    “Wir vergeben aus folgenden Gründen 5 Häuser als Bewertung (sehr empfehlenswert):

    Wir waren sehr mit der Sauberkeit des Grundstücks außerhalb und mit der Ferienwohnung zufrieden sowie mit der Gastfreundlichkeit und dem Brötchenservice. Das Objekt ist sehr kinderfreundlich und einladend.

    Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist SEHR GUT!! Optimal war auch, dass in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Strand waren.”

    “Sehr bemühte Gastgeber, aber restlos überfordert. Offenbar geführt durch Mutter und Sohn, die mit der Vielzahl der Ferienwohnungen allein einfach nicht fertig wurden. Heutige Standards nicht erfüllt. Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl und werden die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen. Positiv: Ruhige Lage in der Nähe zur Ostsee. Negativ: Mangelhafte Innenausstattung, WC-Spülung funktionierte nicht immer. Einrichtung, Fliesen alt (80er-Jahre-Stil). Rückseite der Schränke mit gefährlichen Nägeln. Dadurch Verletzungsgefahr insbesondere für Kinder beim Betätigen der Lichtschalter. Duschkopf / Halterung defekt (durch Gastgeber nicht bemerkt, da die Dusche und gesamtes Bad mangelhaft gereinigt waren). Betten: neuwertige Zudecken und Kissen. Unbequeme Matratzen, teils nur mit Holzplatten unterlegt. Bettwäsche aber wenigstens gewaschen. Ablagebrett in der Küche wackelig wegen abgebrochener Halterungen. (Müsste auffallen, wenn man die Wohnung gewissenhaft für neue Gäste vorbereitet.) Nur ein Abfalleimer - mit defektem Deckel. Unsauberes Geschirr in den Schränken. Keine Mikrowelle, kein Toaster, kein Backofen, keine Wachmaschine, keine Spülmaschine. Lediglich zwei Herdplatten. Kühlschrank war nicht eingeschaltet, war gerade noch am Abtauen mit Plastikschüssel drin zum Auffangen des Tropfwassers. WLAN angeblich vorhanden, aber wegen Überlastung nicht nutzbar.”
