Holiday apartment in a good location on the outskirts of town, with its own furnished terrace

This holiday apartment newly renovated in 2012 is on the ground floor of the house, on the outskirts of Annaberg-Buchholz.

The apartment has a living room with a cupboard wall, a CD-radio, satellite TV, a sofa bed, a table, wireless Internet access, and a bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed, a single bed and a children’s travel bed. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two-ring hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sink, egg boiler, fridge and toaster. The hallway has cloakroom space and a mirror. The bathroom provides a washbasin, a WC, a large shower, under-floor heating and a towel radiator.

There is a little terrace outside with garden furniture and a grill. You can park on site or right in front of the house. Please note that pets are not allowed and that it is a non-smoking apartment.

The apartment is ideally suited for going on trips, as the municipal and regional trains and buses are nearby. A bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, bowling with gastronomy and a heated outdoor pool are also within a maximum 15 minutes’ walk.

    “Een typische vernieuwde Oostduitse halfopen bebouwingwoning. Deze woning staat langsheen de straat tussen andere gelijkaardige woningen. Op het eerste verdiep wonen de verhuurders die steeds bereikbaar zijn. Op het gelijkvloers is de verhuurwoning. Een zeer nette en ruime verhuurwoning met alle faciliteiten aanwezig om zelf te koken. Ruime verwarmde living, ruime slaapkamer met drie aparte bedden en één kledingkast, ruime keuken en zeer mooie badkamer met douche en wc. Alles is proper en verzorgd. Er is een verzorgde tuin achter de woning. Er is parkeerplaats naast de woning om twee wagens te plaatsen. Er is een garage waar fietsen of motorfietsen in geplaatst kunnen worden.
    De woning ligt op een hoogte van ca 550m. In de winter, indien het sneeuwt zijn sneeuwkettingen aan te raden op de wagen.”
