Holiday house with a garden, terraces and parking space

This modern, family-friendly holiday house is very close to the beach and pool, on a quiet and self-contained holiday house estate in the beautiful Los Ángeles district.

The house has a living and dining room of around 33m² with an integrated American kitchen, equipped with an induction hob (electric), a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and a dishwasher. A flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a Blu-Ray player are available. The house has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other, the children's room, is furnished with a wooden cot (size 60 x 120 cm) and a bunk bed with a pull-out bed drawer for a total of three children (sizes 90 x 200 cm). The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin and WC. You can wash your laundry in the washing machine. A tumble dryer is also available. There are three air conditioning units in the house that heat and cool the house. The house has a child-friendly interior and is ideally suitable for families with small children. Two children’s highchairs, children’s crockery and cutlery, a toilet seat, step for the washbasin and a variety of sand toys are provided.

The house’s garden and two lovely terraces invite you to enjoy great grill evenings and social gatherings. Children will also have a lot of fun here. It is possible to set up a paddling pool. The urbanization consists of several terraced houses and is self-contained, so there is no traffic noise and it cannot be accessed by outsiders. If you arrive by car or would like to rent a car, you can park it on a separate, enclosed and free parking space.

It is only about a five-minute walk to a sandy beach or the beautiful pool complex “Aldea del mar” (payable). In summer you can hire loungers, pedalos and jet skis at the beach and enjoy Spanish delicacies in the surrounding restaurants with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach promenade offers you a perfect starting point for great walks by the sea into the town centre of Torrevieja. In summer there is an annual market in the town centre for children and Torrevieja’s water park Aquopolis is also open. Adults can try out e.g. parasailing and jet-skiing.

    “Wir hatten einen zauberhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, war super ordentlich und sauber und perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern:). Die Vor-Ort-Betreuung war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und unkompliziert in der Organisation der An- und Abreise. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür.     “Prachtig huis!!! Heel modern, heel netjes en alles is er wat je nodig hebt!! Goede bedden, veel opbergruimte.
    Volledig afgesloten zodat de kindjes niet uit de tuin kunnen. Mooi tuintje, waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt!
    Veilig gelegen in een afgesloten woonparkje.
    Er is airco zodat we wel eens afkoeling hadden, en zo was het aangenaam om te slapen!
    Ligt op wandelafstand van het strand en een supermarkt.
    Dit huis is een echte aanrader!!!!!!”

    “Servicen med hämtning på flygplatsen och skjuts fram till dörren var GULD värd när vi kom ner med två små flickor och ganska mycket bagage. Funktionsgenomgången av huset var mycket bra eftersom vi fick den på svensk/norsk, enkelt och bra.

    Läget, inredningen var perfekt. Vi är mycket nöjda, städningen var väldigt väl utförd och vi hade INGET att klaga på överhuvud taget, allt var supermysigt och trevligt. Nära till allt även om huset låg avskillt, väldigt lugnt och skönt, trevliga grannar.”
