Holiday house with a pool and a veranda with a sea view

This detached holiday house enjoys a quiet location amidst the coastal landscape of Crete. You will be spending your holiday between the sea and the mountains on the island of Crete.

The holiday house is on one floor comprising two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom and a guest WC. The kitchen unit is equipped with the standard appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There is also a dining table with chairs. The adjoining living room provides further seating and a fireplace that exudes a pleasant atmosphere and warmth on cooler days. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160 x 205cm), while the other has two single beds (each 100 x 195cm). The double bedroom provides access to the bathroom with a bath. An air conditioning unit and wireless Internet access round off this holiday house. The living room-kitchen and the two bedrooms open directly onto the veranda running around the ho0use, affording a beautiful view of the surrounding mountainous landscape, as well as of romantic sunsets over the sea. The big outdoor area invites you to sit and relax outdoors. You can spend sunny days on the veranda and can cool off in the pool. There is a brick-built and roofed grill area, so you can end the day with a cosy grill evening. Garden furniture is provided by the owner. If you arrive by car you can park it by the property.

The sea and the sandy beach are about 2.5km away. The nearest shop is also just 2.5km away. If you would like to enjoy typical local specialities, then you can do so at the restaurant about 1.5km away. There are other shops and bars in the nearby Kamilari about 2.5km away, or by the beach promenade. If you arrive by plane, it is about 65km from the Iraklio airport to the holiday house. The second airport on the island, Chania, is about 130km away. Buses only run twice a day, so a rental car is recommended.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert, sehr sauber, eine große Küche mit allem, was man benötigt. Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten gefüllt und ein großer Obstkorb stand am Tisch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich, sie war mehrmals da, um den Pool sauber zu halten.
    Ein highlight ist der Sonnenuntergang, den man von der Terrasse oder auch vom wunderschönen Pool aus genießen kann.”

    Erstmalig ist es uns passiert, dass die Fotos der Örtlichkeit nicht gerecht wurden und das trotz sehr guter Fotos.”

    “Wir (2 Kinder und die beiden Eltern) verbrachten Ende September zehn super Tage im Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut eingerichtet und es hatte genügend Platz für alle. Der Aussenbereich mit den beiden Sitzplätzen und der gedeckten Grillstelle ist schön gestaltet.
    Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, besonders erwähnenswert der Pool und die Umgebung dazu.
    Einziger Wermutstropfen: TV funktionierte nicht, aber das spielte auch keine grosse Rolle.
    Die Schlüsselübergabe in Kalamaki erfolgte problemlos und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich.”

    “Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Ausblick auf Kalamaki und das Meer mit wundervollen Sonnenuntergängen.
    Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung trifft ohne Einschränkungen zu. Über den Pool freuten sich nicht nur die Kinder. Dieser wurde 2 bis 3 mal in der Woche gereinigt. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Sehr überrascht waren wir über die Aufmerksamkeinten zu Beginn und Ende unseres Urlaubs.
    Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
