Holiday House in Campos with Private Pool

This house, only five kilometres from the beaches Es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi, sits on a 14000 m² farming property at a dead end road.

The romantic and exclusive Finca is in a popular location and has just been lovingly renovated. The ground floor offers an open plan living/dining room with a kitchen (55.80 m² in total) with air conditioning (heating and cooling), a living/dining room with two sofas (one is a sofa bed for two measuring 140 x 200 cm), a wood burning stove (firewood is available), a large flat screen television (42 inches) with satellite reception, a CD player and radio and free Wi FI. There is also a dining table for six plus a high chair. The modern and fully furnished kitchen offers a ceran stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave two coffee makers (espresso and drip), a kettle and cutlery and dishes for 12. It is also air conditioned. Additionally, you will find a bedroom (14.90 m²) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a child's cot upon request, air conditioning (heating/cooling) and a ceiling fan, on the ground floor. Adjacent is the shower room with a toilet, sink and large shower (5.35 m²). Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom with two beds (0.90 x 200 cm each), a small table with two wicker chairs and a trundle bed for a child (23.25 m²), also air conditioned (heating and cooling) and a ceiling fan, an integrated where bath with a toilet, sink and a large shower (6.65 m²) and access to the roof terrace (62.85 m²).

The dining room/kitchen and the bedroom grant access to the sunny patio (78 m²), furnished with table for six and a fig tree offering shade; the front patio (62 m²) is also accessible from the kitchen/dining room and is also furnished with a table for six, is partially covered and boasts a barbecue and six lounge chairs. In front you will find a lawn area with pool (3.25 x 7.50 m) and a shower. From the kitchen you can access the utility room with a washing machine. From here you can access the carport and the Finca's entrance.

In the vicinity, there are several farms, houses and a small cheese manufacturer. It is a rather quiet, rural location. The owner lives five minutes by car from the Finca. The house is ideal for families or couples; pets are permitted; all windows have shutters and mosquito screens; the street facing side of the house is walled off by a natural stone wall. The house is ideal for relaxation or an active holiday all year long. It is only about five kilometres to some of the island's most beautiful beaches (Es Trenc, Es Carbó, Ets Estanys, Es Dolç) and not much further one of the many romantic coves of the south eastern coast (Cala Llombarts, Cala Santanyi, Cala S'Amonia, Cala Figuera, Cala Mondragó). Shopping and restaurants can be found about 5 km from the property. It is about 25 km to the nearest golf course. After a few hundred meters, you can access the bird habitat (guided tours upon request). We also highly recommend a trip to the natural reserve of the islands of Cabrera (leaves from Colonia de Sant Jordi).

    “Wir (2 Frauen) und ein kleiner Hund waren begeistert!. Vorab hat die Vermieterin mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen, uns nochmals alles erklärt und sämtliche Telefonnummern hinter lassen, falls wir bei der Anreise Probleme hätten. Die Wegbeschreibung war so gut, das es keine Probleme gab und wir auf Anhieb dieses wunderschöne Haus gefunden haben.

    Das Haus hat viele Fenster, ist hell, sehr sauber und hat schöne Zimmer. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen, ob man fernsehen will, CD hören, lesen, schlafen, am Tisch spielen, oder sogar abends am Kamin sitzen möchte, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Geräte sind neu, keine Spuren vom Vorgänger.

    Das Grundstück war für uns besonders für den kleinen Hund wunderschön. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in alle Richtungen. Schon alleine die obere Terrasse ist goldwert. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum sitzen und liegen, abends kann der Pool erleuchtet werden.

    Am Tag der Ankunft wurden wir abends vom Besitzer besucht, ob alles okay sei. Obst, Wein, Wasser und Kaffee stand für die Erstversorgung bereit. Karten, ausführliche Infomappe und diverse Materialien lagen ebenfalls bereit. Die Vermieterin hat uns dann nochmals besucht. Sie spricht deutsch (wahrscheinlich auch noch andere Sprachen) und ist sehr nett, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und wenn man Ruhe finden will, genau der richtige Ort. Wir werden sicher öfter dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.”
