Stylish villa with heated swimming pool, a terrace, a whirlpool and a sea view

The villa is very quietly situated on a green hill, on the edge of Selca and just a few minutes from the town centre and the sea.

Another highlight of this villa is the generous outdoor area. It offers absolute privacy. The garden and the terrace afford a fabulous view of the mountains and the Sumartin bay. Make yourselves comfortable on the deckchairs by the pool or relax in the whirlpool. Next to the pool there is a furnished gazebo and there is also an outdoor shower. There is a grill area for sociable grill evenings with family and friends. There are five car parking spaces right by the house.

The luxurious house consists of two parts, each with a terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, two living rooms and two bathrooms. There are four bathrooms in total, one with a bath and three with showers. Two of the bathrooms also have a washing machine. The air-conditioned living rooms have a fireplace and satellite TV, a DVD player and stereo system. The modern kitchen with an open dining space provides everything you need on a daily basis. The spacious interior also offers five comfortable bedrooms, one with two single beds (90 x 200cm), one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and satellite TV, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm) and a bathroom, one with two single beds (90 x 200cm) and a bathroom, and one with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). There is also a single sofa bed in each living room. On hot summer days, three air conditioning units in the interior ensure pleasant temperatures. On colder days you can use the central heating.

The beautiful natural surroundings are ideal for relaxing walks and hikes, as well as sports activities such as diving, swimming, mountain biking and tennis. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes’ walk. You can buy fresh fish locally and there is also a vegetable and fruit market. It is about three kilometres to the beach.

The wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge. A child’s bed and highchair can be provided free of charge.
