Holiday Apartment in Alessano with Garden
This holiday apartment awaits you on a corner plot in the picturesque old town of Alessano, surrounded by little gardens. The street is only partially accessible to vehicles and is therefore very quiet. The apartment is at ground level and has two entrances on two parallel streets. It is a building made of tuff with stone walls and vaulted ceilings. There is a large bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and custom-made dresser. Then you enter the living room with a fireplace, typical cupboards hewn into the walls, and a three-quarter sofa bed. The bathroom with a window has a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The kitchen also features custom-made furniture and is equipped with a fridge, gas stove with four flames, extractor fan, electric oven and microwave. Here there is also a dining corner with chairs and a straw seating area. The kitchen provides all necessary accessories, such as plates, pots and pans. The kitchen opens onto the large interior courtyard with garden furniture.
The apartment has a modern heating system with natural gas and new waste water and water pipes.
The interior courtyard is partially roofed by an arch and a glass roof. The latter can be opened by means of an electric motor. A special decorative feature is an antique washbasin hewn out of stone.
The Adriatic is about 4km away to the east, with cliffs that drop steeply into the sea. The Ionian Sea is 7km away towards the west and offers long sandy beaches. 10km to the south you can find the town of Santa Maria Leuca. There are shops about 500 metres away.
