This traditional for the region property is located in a quiet hamlet not far from a beautiful village. It is spacious, has been beautifully renovated and stands in a lovely garden. Solid wood kitchen with dining area and wooden ceiling beams. Through one of the two exactly south-facing living rooms you can access the covered terrace. A table tennis table is at your disposal. Excursions to the beautiful bay of Audierne (12 km) with its renowned beaches or a visit to Quimper, the capital of the region, which adorns a Gothic cathedral, riverbanks, half-timbered houses and cobbled streets. The region is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking trails and bike paths in a rural setting or surfboarding, windsurfing and kite surfing at Penhors, Plozévet and around the headland of Pointe de la Torche. Not far away, the village of Locronan with a beautiful heritage awaits you, as well as Bénodet on the waterfront with thalassotherapy center, casino and a variety of restaurants.

    “Ontvangst, netheid en compleetheid van alle voorzieningen in het huis en de gastvriendelijkheid van de verhuurders is top, dus een 5! Het huis en de directe tuin is zeer goed verzorgd en het verblijf daarin is heerlijk. Als huurders kregen wij van de eigenaren regelmatig groenten uit de eigen tuin en eitjes van de kippen. Elk contact met de verhuurders was uiterst vriendelijk, belangstellend en behulpzaam.

    Het huis is wel oud (1900) en daarmee zeer gehorig, de vloer eerste verdieping kraakt bij elke voetstap. Het tweepersoonsbed is vrij klein (smal en kort), maar voor langere/grotere mensen
    kan ook gebruik worden gemaakt van de tweepersoonsslaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden. De TV werk zelden vanwege slechte satellietverbindingen.

    Het huis is niet zo vrij gelegen als wij vanuit de advertentie hadden begrepen. Het huis van de verhuurders ligt recht tegenover het huurhuis en direct naast het huurhuis zijn twee woningen gelegen van de gezinnen van de kinderen van de verhuurders. Ondanks dat de privacy zeer werd gerespecteerd hadden we dagelijks meermaals contact en daar moesten we ons wel even op instellen. Dit hadden we gezien de vermelding dat het eerstvolgende object minimaal 50 meter verder lag namelijk niet verwacht.”
