Holiday villa with a private pool area and beautiful sea view, in a quiet location

This holiday house in a Mallorcan style is situated in an absolutely quiet villa neighbourhood, only 5 minutes by car from the beautiful cove Cala Pi, on a 700m2 property, only a stone's throw from the sea. The well-maintained house was completely restructured in 2015/2016.

The modern, new, built-in kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances (microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a 4-burner gas stove, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a mixer, an egg boiler and a juicer). It offers everything you need to conjure up a four-course menu. There is a cosy dining room and a fireplace room with a fireplace forheating on the ground floor. All rooms have radiators. The two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor are each furnished with a double bed (one measuring 160 x 200cm, the other 180 x 200cm, separate mattresses) and built-in cupboards. The third bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200cm). The first bathroom has a very big shower, a washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer. There is also an additional WC. The washing machine is separate outside. The very large fourth bedroom is in the upper area, with an ensuite shower room and a fabulous sea view. The upper floor also has a living room with seating, a fireplace stove and a small dining space, all with an amazing sea view. The dining space includes a little kitchen with a fridge and a sink, so that you can also enjoy cool drinks upstairs. On the first floor you can use the air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom (for a fee).

A spacious terrace with a sea view and a roofed patio with lounge furniture round off the accommodation. The whole house is exclusively well-furnished and exudes plenty of personal charm. The outdoor area features a private swimming pool (8x4m) with stone stairs and a very big outdoor shower (cool/warm), where it is fun to shower outside. There is also a roofed terrace in front of the house. The garden in front of the pool provides garden furniture, six sun loungers and a gas grill. A goldfish family lives in the little garden pond.

The first floor was completed in 2015/2016. There are air conditioning units in the bedroom and the living room on the upper floor. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms. There are three TV sets in the house, so you can watch e.g. a film and a football match separately.

Vallgonera/Cala Pi is located in southern Mallorca, only a 30-minute drive from the airport. This very quiet neighbourhood with single-family villas is a perfect haven to relax. Golf courses can be found at the Marriot Hotel Son Antem and the Maioris, both about 18km away. It is about 3.5 km to the small, cosy beach of Cala Pi. Here you can find bars, restaurants, pubs and a supermarket offering freshly baked bread rolls. It is about 15 minutes by car to the famous Es Trenc sandy beach (8km long). In about 30 minutes, you can get to leisure parks, such Aqualand/Aqua city, the Palma Aquarium, water sports activities, museums and Palma with its cathedral and shops. Vallgonera is a great base for your holiday on Mallorca.

    “Gute Ausstattung, viel Geschirr. Sauberkeit o.k. (die Küche hätte sauberer sein können, GWM verstopft, Backbleche schmutzig, abgelaufene Gewürze von Vorgänger). Schöne Bäder. Außenbereich ist sehr schön, leider ging die Poolbeleuchtung nicht und es wäre schön etwas mehr Außenbeleuchtung zu haben, Super Außendusche. Auf der oberen Terrasse kann man die Sonnenstoren nicht bedienen (Schloss). Es war nur ein Schlafzimmer bezugsbereit, aber der Vermieter hat uns sofort Wäsche für ein weiteres vorbei gebracht. Die Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ruhige Lage, für uns perfekt. Auto ist ein Muss, in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Wir würden wieder kommen.”
