This charming holiday home is located on the beautiful island of Bra in the centre of the Dalmatia region. The house consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living room on the ground floor. A steep spiral staircase leads to the attic, where the second bedroom and the terrace with a marvellous sea view are located. There is a sloping roof that goes down to a wall height of 115 cm. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the pool next to the house. The property is powered by solar energy. The last 500 m to the holiday home is an unpaved road.
