Holiday Apartment in Medulin with Generous Parking
This is a comfortable holiday apartment near the beach in the well-known Croatian seaside resort of Medulin.
The apartment also has two terraces with garden furniture. You can park your car conveniently in the spacious interior courtyard. The beautiful shared garden has play equipment for children and a brick-built barbecue.
It is on the ground floor and provides 90m² of living space for four to five people. There is a big hallway and living room comprises a living and dining area with a sofa, dining table and TV, and a modern built-in kitchen with an electric stove, fridge and microwave. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer. A supplementary bed can be added for a further person. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, free wireless Internet access, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
The beach and the harbour are about 200-300 metres from the house. It is also a five-minute walk to the post office, various restaurants and bars, doctors, shops and a tennis court. Medulin is at the southern tip of Istria. The area has a long stretch of coast and is surrounded by a chain of small islands. Today Medulin is a well-known tourist centre with the appropriate infrastructure.
