Holiday apartment with a balcony

This holiday apartment for four people is on a quiet street in Rome (San Giovanni district).

Outside there is a balcony. Near the apartment you can find public parking spaces and garages (charges apply).

The apartment is on the second floor of a seven-storey building with a lift (not suitable for wheelchair users) and has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and an armchair bed (80 x 190cm), a bedroom with a single bed (80 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a living room-kitchen with a TV and two small armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment is fully air conditioned and each room can be heated.

The apartment is well connected to public transport. It is just 400 metres from the metro stop “Colli Albani” (Line A). It takes just a few minutes by metro to reach tourist attractions such as Fori Imperiali, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, St. Peter’s Basilica etc. The apartment is in an area with many supermarkets, restaurants and a variety of shops, as well as the Villa Lais and Villa Lazzaroni parks.

    “Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage hat bestens funktioniert. Mit der Vermieterin (bzw. ihrer Tochter) konnte man sich gut in englisch austauschen. Eine einfache Kaffeemaschine für die Nichtitaliener wäre schön. So gab es eben handgebrühten Kaffee. Die Vermieterin hatte für uns auch eine sehr gute Garage für unser Auto besorgt. Als es Probleme mit dem WLAN gab (für die Kinder unverzichtbar!) war die Vermieterin sofort zur Stelle um sich darum zu kümmern.
    Die Umgebung war im ersten Moment etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns, da es leicht chaotisch und schmuddelig zugeht. Wie sich aber dann herausstellte, geht es in ganz Rom so zu. Alles in allem waren wir mit der Wohnung äußerst zufrieden.”

    “Mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, z.T. neu möbliert, schönes Badezimmer, sehr kleiner Balkon, kein Wohnbereich. Ruhig. Günstige Lage zur Metro, die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar.”
