The farmhouse has been completely restored maintaining the original structure and has been transformed into a comfortable holiday accommodation in the country-side. Ideal position for excursions to the most important Umbrian touristic places such as Perugia, Assisi, Deruta with its antique ceramic production and Todi with its medieval center. On the beautiful large, well-kept grounds (abt. 1.200 m2) you find the beautiful swimming pool (depth 1,50 m) with Roman stairs, changing room and shower, the large panoramic terrace with view over Assisi, an equipped pergola with wood oven and barbecue, an equipped, panoramic terrace for outdoor meals, a small orchard and a small grassy soccer field. Distances: 2 km Torgiano (alimentary shops, restaurant), 13 km Perugia, 19 km Assisi, 30 km the lake Trasimeno. Fences property with electric entrance gate. At the guests’ disposal: 3 mountain bikes (possibility to rent further bikes). Upon request and payment upon the spot: tasting of wine, olive-oil, cheese, honey and jam and massage. Possibility to rent 2 further double bedrooms, each with shower (to request upon booking confirmation and payment upon the spot).
