Five quietly located holiday apartments in a new residential building with a communal panoramic sea view terrace and barbecue area close to the beach

This three-storey house with a total of eight apartments was only recently built in 2006 and enjoys a peaceful location close the beach in the small picturesque fishing village of Okrug Gornji on the western side of the Croatian island of Ciovo on the Adriatic coast, an ideal location for a relaxing beach holiday far away from the tourist crowds.

The apartments are sea-facing and thanks to their elevated position above sea level feature stunning panoramic views across the bay. The apartments benefit from a communal terrace furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue area at the back of the building. Private parking is available right in front of the house.

The landlord lives on the premises and is always happy to answer any questions you might have.

The holiday apartments are only approximately 250m away from the beach where sun loungers, sun shades and even boats are on offer for rent. The UNESCO World Heritage listed medieval town of Trogir is only 4km away and offers famous historic sites including its pretty central square and the Cathedral of St Lovro, good shopping facilities and a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest shops and restaurants and also a tennis court are approximately 1km away from your holiday apartment.

Heated swimming pool, family apartment with panoramic sea view

This 55m² newly decorated holiday apartment is on the first floor of the building and features a living-/dining area with integrated fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The air conditioned living room is furnished with a sofa and a satellite television. The dining area offers a large wooden table with matching chairs. Next to the dining area is the kitchen complete with a cooker, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a 160 cm x 200 cm double, the other bedroom has two 90 cm x 190 cm single beds which you can push together to make a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet. Reliable 5G WLAN access is offered free of charge. Private shaded dedicated parking lot, swiming pool open from 1.05.-1.10.

The dining area gives access to the sun terrace with a dining table and chairs. Enjoy your breakfast under the sunset or eat your dinner under the starlit skies while taking in the panoramic views across the bay.

Okrug is located on thepeninsula Ciovo. It is divided into Okrug Gornji and Okrug Donji , two traditional Dalmatian villages. It is the centre of the Dalmatian micro region by its geographical position. It has a mild Mediterranean climate, dense subtropical and Mediterranean vegetation, an archipelago of picturesque little islands, uncountable little bays and beaches. Okrug is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Croatia with its 2670 sunny hours per year. There are a lot of restaurants and taverns in Okrug Gornji and Donji with a rich choice of original Dalmatian specialities. We offer our guests, beside a lot of sun and the clear sea also various recreation contents. The nearness of Trogir (2 km), which is under protection of UNESCO, offers the possibility to discover the 2800 year old centre. You can enjoy there also the night life. You can make excursions from Ciovo to the waterfalls of the river Krka (60 km), to Split (33 km) and to the Marian Shrine in Medugorje (100km). It is significant that the Split airport is only 8 km away from our village.
