A semi-detached house with a garden, by the forest, in a holiday park
The holiday house is above Regen-Kattersdorf, by the edge of the forest, in a holiday park. The location is quiet, but not isolated. It is a semi-detached house for four adults and a child up to five years old, with a typical local design. It is on a south-facing slope at 500 metres above sea level.
The house provides ca. 90m² of living space. The ground floor comprises the entrance, a hallway, stairs, a storage room, a guest WC with a washbasin and a big living room, which provides comfortable and rustic furniture, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a radio and a fireplace stove. It also has a dining corner and an open kitchen unit, equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and a complete set of crockery and cutlery. The upper floor has a hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms provide big double beds, a wardrobe, a cot and a colour TV with satellite channels. One bedroom has a balcony. The bathroom comprises a WC, shower, bath and washbasin. The rooms have electric radiators and the living room can also be heated with a fireplace stove.
The site of around 500m² is not fenced. It has a lawn, garden furniture, a grill, a roofed terrace and deckchairs. There is a parking area belonging to the house on the edge of the site, about 20 steps away.
The access to the house is along a gravel and grass track. There are three steps at the entrance. A children’s bed is available on request. You can book a bread rolls delivery service on arrival at the holiday complex, for a fee. Wi-Fi cards can be purchased at the front desk for a fee.
There are shops and restaurants about a ten-minute drive away. There is a playground for children about 100 metres away. You can set out from the house on hiking trails and biking tours. There are winter sports facilities within a 20-30-minute drive. The holiday complex has a reception and staff, and there is a laundry service.
