This beautifully renovated house is located 7 km west of Ronneby. This is a 19th century brewery house on a huge plot. This house which is located in a secluded and quiet place is ideal for children. The kitchen and living room are connected. There is a sofa bed and a beautiful fireplace. Nice shower with handles adorn the bathroom. The upstairs is designed in an open and spacious manner and there is a double bed and two single beds. Washing machine is provided in the basement. Beautiful garden furniture is provided in front of the house, and also a barbecue and a dryer. Two bicycles are also available. For small children there are high chairs, a safety barrier for stairs, a playhouse in the garden, sandpit and toys. The nearest neighbour lives 300 metres away and there is no traffic. River Vierydsån is approximately 500 metres away and flows further down south to the sea. You can do shopping in Ronneby. There is a public beach 2 km away. This is a very child-friendly holiday home in a rural, peaceful neighbourhood and close to many amenities.
