Holiday apartments near the beach with their own balcony, near the Velebit nature reserve, with a boat mooring available


This house with four holiday apartments for two to six people is located in the little village of Cesarica, which lies between the sea and the mountains in the Velebit nature reserve. The climate in this region is ideal for guests with respiratory complaints. The house is 200 metres from the sea, in a cul-de-sac with virtually no traffic, where children can play badminton and football. The owners live in a separate part of the house.

Each apartment has a separate entrance, satellite TV, Internet access and air conditioning in the living room.

Each apartment has its own furnished terrace. All guests can make use of an outdoor shower, a swing, a brick-built barbecue and a roofed seating area with a table and benches in the park-like garden. Here you can enjoy your grilled fish and make contact with the other guests. Free parking spaces are available.

The owner can take you by boat to the beautiful beaches on the island of Pag, where you can enjoy an undisturbed day on the beach. For guests who have their own boat, the owner can provide a mooring by the beach or in a sheltered nearby harbour. Bicycles are available for use.

It is 200 metres to the beach as the crow flies. The way there is free of traffic and therefore also safe for children. The concrete beach is ideal for swimming and fishing. This beach has a small natural pool that children can splash around in. There are also beautiful pebbled beaches in a pretty bay near the house, which are also suitable for children. You can walk to the bakery 600 metres away. It is 1000 metres to the nearest market and restaurant. Other services and amenities such as a pharmacy, emergency medical services, a bank, post office, tourist information and petrol station are within six kilometres by car. The nearest fish market is in Karlobag six kilometres away, but the fishermen often offer fresh fish for sale directly from their boats. It is ten kilometres to the ferry to the island of Pag. Within 50 to 100 kilometres there are the three nature reserves of Velebit, Plitvice Lakes and Paklenica.

Holiday apartment for six people with two terraces

The 75m² apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate four to seven people. It has a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with a double bed each (160 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm). The living room-kitchen consists of a sitting area with a double sofa bed (140 x 200cm), a dining space and a kitchen unit equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is satellite TV with Astra channels.

A five-minute walk from the house, 700 metres away, there is a boat mooring in a sheltered bay, which can be used by guests, at a small supplementary charge. After the holiday you can wash the boat in front of the house. Boat fuel can be bought at a normal petrol station. 50-litre plastic canisters can be provided. You can park your car 20 metres from the berth.

The apartment has two roofed terraces, furnished with garden furniture.

    “Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns sehr schnell zurecht gefunden. Sehr ruhige Lage, mal abgesehen vom Wind, der häufig in der Nacht aufkam. Hatte aber auch was das Pfeifen des Windes. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.”

    “Wohnung klein, aber ausreichend, Sauberkeit ok. Ausstattung der Küche nicht sehr üppig. Hervorragendes Bett. Großer Fernseher mit vielen deutschsprachigen Programmen. Sehr schöne Terrasse! Der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit, sein Hund sehr lieb und ruhig. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Villensiedlung unweit einiger Bademöglichkeiten.
    Für Leute, die ihren Urlaub gerne draußen verbringen und Ruhe und Natur lieben, optimal, für Urlauber, die Luxus oder Party suchen, eher nicht geeignet.
    Tip: Beim Vermieter Kanus ausleihen, die wunderschöne Küste entlangpaddeln und in sonst unzugänglichen Buchten anlegen.”

    “Ausstattung wie im Inserat beschrieben, erfüllt voll und ganz seinen Zweck! Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Tolle Terrasse, windgeschützt und sichtgeschützt! Vermieter ist nett und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Da unser Englisch sehr spärlich ausfällt, hatten wir ein Problem sich mit ihm zu unterhalten. Wir waren Anfang Juni die einzigen Gäste und wir haben es sehr genossen!! Der Haushund ist ein ausgesprochen wohlerzogener und lieber Hund, vor dem man keine Angst haben muss! Am Strand waren wir anfangs auch komplett Alleine und wir haben diese Ruhe so genossen! Wir hatten aufgrund einer Autopanne das Auto 4 Tage in der Werkstatt, da brauchten wir diese Ruhe um so mehr! Alles Toll, nette Vermieter, tolles Apartment und ruhige Gegend. Wie kommen sicher wieder.

    An alle, die auch dieses Haus gebucht haben und danach schlechter bewerteten, weil es nichts in der näheren Umgebung ist... ich würde empfehlen die Beschreibung durchzulesen, denn da ist das alles genau beschrieben. Wenn man so etwas liest, kann man davon ausgehen das es so ist, ich finde solche Leute einfach nur unfair, die aufgrund so etwas schlechter bewerten!”
