The property BETTY´S VILLAS is located on the western coast of Peloponnese, close to the small port city Katakolo and the charming village Leventochori, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and pine trees, between several craggy bays with fine sandy beaches. Each of the 2 beautiful BETTY´s villas has a private pool (no. 1 heated) and a unique view across the magnificent Ionian Sea. The elegant property is in a very quiet environment and ideal for large families or families travelling together who want to spent their holiday in a pleasant atmosphere, close to the sea enjoying the luxury of a private pool. The large, well-maintained garden property is covered with olive and fruit trees and a variety of Mediterranean plants and flowers. The property is completely fenced and therefore childproof. Each holiday house offers enough space and living comfort for up to 8 people. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine from your own pool terrace. The two villas are separated by a wall (approx. 1,80mtr high) to ensure privacy. The deep blue colour of the exterior walls is in perfect harmony with the blue sea and colours of the pool. The roofed pergola in front of each villa provides the necessary shade and the sunbeds at the pool invite you to relax and enjoy the view of the sea. The interior is bright and friendly and perfectly matched with some decorative accents and the calming effect of the wall colours.
The comfortable two-storey villa is elegantly and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor is the living room with dining table (bar counter) and adjoining kitchenette, leading to 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. From the living room and one of the bedrooms you have direct access to the covered pool terrace at the front and the pool. The staircase to the upper floor is separated by a door. On the upper floor there is a generous, open bedroom (connecting room) with direct access to a balcony with a wonderful view across the landscape and the sea. The second bedroom and the bath are also on the upper floor.
The 30sqm freshwater pool (4 x 7,30mtr, depth 1,50mtr, in operation all year, from March 1st, 2018 the pool is heated to a pleasant 24 degrees) is perfect for wonderful and atmospheric moments.
The house is equipped with a central Fancoil air conditioning.
The holiday house can also be booked in the winter for a monthly rent.
